Download sources.
Open solution FestCA in Visual Studio 2022+.
In Solution Exporer, right click by Solution and choose "Configure Startup Projects".
Select "Multiple startup projects" and check both of them projects.
Click "Start Debud" and open "https://localhost:7135" (local web) and "https://localhost:7207/swagger" (local web api).
